Job Description Summary
To handle any technical service phone call that is received from our customers and consumers when they have problems or questions regarding our product
Essential results-based duties
Answering technical phone calls on a daily basis
- Looking up required information on the computer for the customer
- Entering orders as required into the system
- Answering technical calls regarding questions, problems or warranty regarding our product
- Entering RMA’s into the system
Position Requirements:
- Excellent phone skills including patience, listening and diligence to completely satisfy the customer’s needs
- Ability to effectively communicate with and handle difficult customers
- Ability to effectively relay problems or concerns with our product to the appropriate departments
- The ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attendance & punctuality
- BasicComputer Skills
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous technical service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Automotive experience a plus
- High School Diploma
